Elven Choo Siew Horng
Executive Director, Key Management and Substantial Shareholder
Elven Choo is an executive director, Key Management and Substantial Shareholder of our Company. He graduated with a Diploma in Accounting from Multimedia University, Malaysia in 2011. He then furthered his studies in Charisma University and graduated in 2023 with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, and a Master of Science in Finance majoring in Marketing.
Upon graduation in 2011, he joined the real estate industry after graduation as a real estate negotiator, which honed his sales, marketing, negotiating, and networking skills.

In 2019, Elven Choo co-founded WCEI (World Chinese Entrepreneurs & Investor Club) Sdn Bhd (“WCEI”) with his brother, Stephen Choo who is also an executive director, Key Management and Substantial Shareholder of our Company. WCEI exist to provide an international knowledge interchange, guidance and business network expansion platform to fellow investors and entrepreneurs.
In the same year, WCEI launched a series of philanthropy and charity activities in Malaysia as Elven Choo and Stephen Choo recognizes the need to give back to society and country. To date, Eleven Choo and Stephen Choo have progressively expanded WCEI to include services such as online financial education, private equity and venture capital, and business management and consulting.
Dr. Stephen Choo Siew Jian
Executive Director, Key Management and Substantial Shareholder
Dr. Stephen Choo is an executive director, Key Management and Substantial Shareholder of our Company. At an early age, he developed his entrepreneurial skills and insight for behavioural trends through the marketing of various products to his peers. Dr. Stephen Choo further enhanced his academic credentials by obtaining his Doctorate in Business Administration from Apollos University, United States, in March 2023.

In 2003, while continuing his career in the networking marketing business, he also ventured into other businesses such as real estate investment, retail, food and beverages and financial services which served to develop his sharp business acumen, experience and network.
In 2016, he decided to seek for business opportunities in Shanghai, China. Throughout his time in Shanghai, he was able to connect to the local business network and was exposed to various business opportunities in the financial market. Besides that, he had the chance to meet with many industry leaders such as Alibaba, Tencent and Baidu. Through the observing and learning from these industry leaders, Stephen Choo realised the opportunities in the venture capital and private equity industries.

In 2019, Dr. Stephen Choo completed a leadership and management course at a prestigious Business School in the United States of America. In the same year, he initiated the idea to setup WCEI (World Chinese Entrepreneurs & Investor Club) Sdn Bhd (“WCEI”) with his brother, Elven Choo who is also an executive director, Key Management and Substantial Shareholder of our Company. WCEI exist to provide an international knowledge interchange, guidance and business network expansion platform to fellow investors and entrepreneurs.
